Interior designer Jeremiah Brent presents Atrio, a new home retail concept with a flagship store in Los Angeles

Activating all five senses, Atrio is a singular destination for hand-selected home objects and one-of-a-kind furniture from around the globe

October 3, 2022 – On October 1, 2022  Atrio, a new venture from AD 100 designer Jeremiah Brent, opened its doors online and in Los Angeles. Atrio is a shoppable manifestation of Jeremiah’s aesthetic – bringing together his penchant for the past, discovery, craftsmanship, value and a hint of the whimsical.

The immersive retail destination boasts a private label line of furniture alongside lighting and accessories for kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor spaces.

Shoppable from top to bottom, the Atrio flagship store is located in the new building of Culver City’s Platform, a bastion of independent retail. The store, designed around the five senses, has an in-house flower store and a forthcoming sister restaurant next door called Juliet, also designed by Brent.

"I’ve always believed that true luxury is the opportunity to personalize the things in your home,” says Brent, Atrio Founder and Creative Director. “As we were dreaming up the concept and breath of Atrio – as not only a destination for home goods but a destination for a life well-lived – we were intentional to find the perfect medley of what is meaningful, what is practical and what is beautiful. Through thoughtfully considered partnerships with artisans from around the world, we were able to craft just that."

Connecting customers with found producers from around the globe, Atrio honors its partners’ stories and craft, ensuring shoppers go home with heirlooms. Exclusive collaborations include:

  • A line of Atrio marble objects designed in collaboration with Toronto’s Montana LaBelle
  • Out of Barcelona, Marta Bonilla is creating custom decorative ceramics and table lamps
  • An exclusive collection of textural clay ceramics with Brooklyn-based D’Haene Studio
  • A custom bedding collection with Cultiver, based in Sydney
  • A partnership with Tappan Collective and London-based artist Ethan Caflisch
  • Custom artworks with Florida-based artist Zane Taylor
  • One-of-a-kind ceramics for Atrio with Manhattan-based Laird Gough

Brent joined forces with LA’s Runyon Group – the team behind Platform and other innovative retail and hospitality brands – to launch and operate the project.

Atrio is located at Platform in Culver City at 8888 Washington Boulevard. Visit shopatrio.com to learn more and shop online.
